Alternatively you can embrace life and become willing to explore new ideas, and change things slowly. Like a seed that is planted and when nourished grows over time.

You can awaken you inner intelligence that is covered beneath layers and layers of crystallised experiences and start to live your dream.

Your inner fire is your lighthouse ready to guide you on your life journey. Uncovering it, by lightening the load to expand and soften into your nature with Ayurveda and the Yogic Philosophy, is the most valuable wisdom you will ever find.

Until you release what is stored within you, disease has the potential to manifest.

Believe me, old habits are the easy route to take.

Staying stuck in unconscious habits, doing things that you have always done and getting the same results, like endless symptoms, is going around circles, like the hamster in the wheel.

Can you catch your thinking? Are you repeating the same old story of likes and dislikes in your mind, are you sounding like a broken record?

Living Ayurvedically means we heal at the root. It is a life journey, which means we grow and live a wild, beautiful life, as opposed to one continually marked by suffering.

You can live a wholesome holistic life, you just need to know what choices you have .

Medicine is more than taking pills. If you take care of your self, you do not need the pills.

Living well, means you can have more good inner weather days, make wiser choices, inspire others, become empowered, dream bigger, feel really good, and say bye to agonising symptoms. All through simply expanding your awareness.

This is not about quick diets, no denying yourself what you want. No feeling deprived, no thinking you have to give up everything today! No, this is entirely about you listening, feeling, and looking in new ways. Developing your curiosity increases your zest and growth.

Taking a Natural Path Can Feel so Good

You may already be thinking that you want change. I know approaching the natural healthcare path can be daunting and confusing especially if you are going down the Dr Google Prescribing road as it gives of all kinds of unreal diagnosis.

The truth is that one superfood is not suitable for everyone and one herb may not be suited for you. Why?

Ayurveda tells us the WHY! This is Ancient Wisdom that requires some of your time and a little of your focus to try it out and see for yourself. You see life is about experiences and Ayurveda and Yoga provide us with that.

This is like a new beginning, a new chapter or book for you to create. First you gather new seeds of knowledge, water them and see the inner shoots and buds spring forth. You make your own choices. You choose what is good for you, based on your intelligence.

Knowledge is power; knowledge with action is where mastery is. You become the product of your practice.

Fundamentally, the Ayurvedic and Yogic Way is a journey to learn how to care for yourself, become empowered and transform.

You really don’t have to get sicker, you can pull the cord and say I am getting off this crazy train journey, that keeps you in dark miserable tunnels with no deeper meaning or understanding of why you are here. The choice is literally yours to take, it's your life journey to explore! 

When you understand why you are experiencing symptoms or a disease you can save yourself from a great deal of worry.

You need understand a symptom as a smoke signal! A warning sign to alert you to something changing that requires your attention. Paying attention to these signs can save you so much suffering as you age.

Less Quick Fixes, and more sustainable steps 

When we get scared we become tight and get frustrated and we cannot think clearly. This is what symptoms do. Symptoms preoccupy our minds and we cannot think clearly.

What if you could cross over the bridge to the other side? You see life is all about polarities. For example we have the contrasts of dark/light, hot/cold, quiet/loud. Can you see how with these opposites it is possible to transition from suffering to bliss or Pain to peace?

Dancing with all the options you have is the medicine I will share with you. Knowing what you need and taking action on it and getting away from your worries so you can live the life you are here to live. 

And you can do all this even if you have a chronic illness. The fact is as long as you are still breathing you have the potential to move into wellness.  

It is a life journey and it can be an enjoyable one!

About My Philosophy: Nature as Medicine

Hi, my name is Tina, since I was a young child, I have longed to care for others. My kids nurse outfit - I was so proud to wear! Although it was 20 years later I began to live for my purpose. I have studied so much and practised for a long time. I became a chef, studied the land, learnt Ayurveda (BSc) and MSc in London, MDX University and have studied Yoga, Meditation and Sanskrit with the best teachers on the planet.

I was a city girl (Liverpool) for the first decades of my life then I became a full-blown hippy. This is when I discovered nature was medicine. Now we know we do not have to love nature to be a hippy, as loving nature is cool.  

Jersey in the Channel Islands was my gorgeous home for 30 years. I worked extensively in hospitality where I loved the connection with people. I also worked in Finance but I was the worst dealer in the world - every supervisor's nightmare! And I was miserable despite earning all the money. 

It all changed when I flew to Australia on a one-way ticket and reconnected with the Aboriginal way of life. On the route back home a year later I landed in India and got very sick and had visions of Lord Ganesha, who literally saved my life because of the prayers of my guide. It is said sickness is a purification, this made so much sense to me. 

India always calls me home and has shown me who we truthfully are. I have lived there many years and I keep returning to replenish, as our western culture is missing so much. I have many blessings as I have intimate connections with enlightened divine beings In India.

I use nature, 99.99% for my source of medicine and I have not taken a prescription drug since 1999. This was after the power of prozac frightened the life out of me. Although it saved my life really as it prompted me to search for medicine that did not suppress my painful emotions. The rest is history, but hey I use painkillers for a therapeutic effect and have done about 7 times in 25 years and I use injections at the dentist as I don't believe in torturing myself! 

I stand for Mother Nature's bounty of healing. I care deeply for the less privileged and I am readily available to share the various healing modalities we have as I love seeing people heal and live their best lives.
