'Happy is your natural state of being’
I have spent years researching these words, and it’s true! Within every cell of you, there is awareness that is pure and beautiful. It is your nature, and you owe it to yourself to own it. No one can give us that inner happiness.
The more you move in a direction that brings you to your natural state, the lighter, more motivated and more creative you become.
This life is a journey, and there are no quick fixes. Those quick fixes that numb or sedate your mood only keep you from knowing your natural state, which is peace.
Your nature changes like the weather, or maybe you are stuck in winter mode all year round. A state of being frozen, or stuck with no motivation or will to change, simply because you are not inspired.
Building your Resilience, Confidence, and staying Well are a vital part of being human life. Getting out of survival needs to be learned. It is all knowledge and tools that were not learnt in school or by your bosses!

Learning how to switch your mood states takes effort. To shift the mood state, you have to break internal and external patterns, which means getting uncomfortable. This is called breaking the mould.

If you want to live your best life, it is a choice. Yes, you may have had a tough upbringing, and I am sorry if you did, but listen, so did I. I had a very humble and fearful beginning growing up on the streets of Liverpool. I also had a deep yearning to question, and I got answers to life because of this.
I have travelled extensively and am here to share 25 years of academic and experiential knowledge and practices.
The thing is, if you don't like the new outcomes, your old life is always there waiting for you!
