I have spent 25 years on this path of natural healing, which began when I realised my GP did not have the answer to heal me. I had to find a way to save my own life, so I carved a new path, and so can you.
Back then, no one knew about food as a source of nutrition, or that meditation was accessible to us for peace. Some thought it was only for the holy men who live in caves in the Himalayas. I sacrificed a lot to find peace, walked off beaten paths, got called weird for not following the herd, and I am here to share with you how you can be in your peace.

You may have had a tough upbringing, developed a lack of self-worth or low self-esteem, and I am sorry if you did, but listen: so did I. I had a very humble, fearful upbringing, growing up on the streets of Liverpool. I also had a deep yearning to question, and I found answers about life because of it.
I have travelled widely and am here to share 25 years of academic and practical experience. The thing is, if you don't like the new outcomes, your old life is always there waiting for you!
