What We Can Work On Together

Body: 90% of disease orginates from the gut. You will learn how to make your gut happy for the Ayurvedic perspective to prevent disease happening, and be living from a position of growth vs suffering. Additionally you will learn how to overcome symptoms of all kinds, this prevents manifesting into complicated conditions. If you have a chronic illness, you will find these classes also very beneficial.

Digestive issues (Gas, constipation, acidity, loose stool, lack of appetite, weight gain, all signs of a diminished gut health.

MInd: Through understanding the layers of the mind from the Yogic perspective and practices.. You are then better equiped to cope with emotional distress. Anxiety, depression, burnout, fear, excessive self-criticism, anger and overthinking, can all go in a different direction with lifestyle practices.

Awareness: When we are aware, we dont over complicate, react, or stay stuck in the blame cycle, which keeps us from healing and leads to prolonged suffering.

Through Ayurveda and Yogic practices, Philosophy you have better chances to navgiate your life in ways that you deeply desire. You can start to experience your innate nature which is bliss.

My Approach

I draw upon Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy, and Sanskrit these are timeless sister sciences that remind us that we carry the intelligence to heal within, if we create the right environment.

I am honoured to learn directly from teachers and schools rooted in lineages thousands of years old, carrying this knowledge from its very source.

For me, prevention means caring for what we already have: body, mind, and senses. When we look after these, life itself reveals how precious it truly is.

While our DNA may give us certain tendencies, we are not bound by it. By living consciously, we can rewrite the story. In doing so, we not only support our own well-being but also lighten the load on our GP and the NHS by taking proactive care of our health.

Food is one of our most intimate relationships. It becomes our very body and affects how we think and feel. You will learn how to gain the life force from food and how to relieve yourself from symptoms naturally.

All my group sessions are to educate you about your nature and the nature of those around you. We avoid so much conflict, as Ayurveda helps us understand each other's differences and helps us increase compassion for each other.

Service timelines

90-minute taster sessions

Medicine can be instant; we don’t have to wait long for results. These tasters show you just this! Ayurveda is a living healthcare system, and it shows us how the life path is constantly unfolding if we learn to create good space within us consistently, our inner healer is always there for us.

After these tasters, you will know if this road is to take you beyond your wildest imagination.

Bespoke Workshops/retreats over half, or one/two days

You will walk away with a beginning foundation and practical tools that you can apply daily. An insight into why you are predisposed to symptoms. Experience simple yoga, meditation, and breathing so you feel nourished by your life force.

The more extended-duration events will also be held in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

The life-changing Three to Twelve-month program

Small changes over time are the best; we want to adapt naturally, just as the seasons change from one season to the next. In these lengthy programs, we are supported and constantly reminded of why and how to stay well. As time passes, we have become habituated to new beliefs and patterns.

You leave the program with the full knowledge and practices to treat your symptoms as they arise, so you do not always need to call the GP, and you will have confidence in establishing a simple daily practice to stay energised, focused, and calm throughout your life.
